 This area of our web site is designated to show our "new rocket kits" under development. These kits are just starting to make there way off of the drawing board with proto types being created and from time to time we will offer glimpses of what we are working on. 

Introducing the " MK4 Lander "

The kit shown above is called the "MK4 Lander" and has similar looks as the Estes Lander. But make no mistake this kit is bigger and different. First off its designed around a 29mm motor with a main body tube of 4" in diameter. The plywood laminate leg construction is super strong and has spring loaded legs that really work. The MK4 Lander is about 25-1/2" in height and across the legs (Landing Pad to Landing Pad) its about 18" inches. The nose cone separates just above the landing gear/main body assembly. The MK4 Lander utilizes the same recovery system as our famous 4" diameter V-2 rocket kit along with sharing the same engine retaining system.
