In 1994 Mountainside Hobbies opened for business.  We were a small shop devoted to RC  airplanes, cars, boats and rockets.  Rocketry soon became a large part of our business and we quickly began offering mail order.  We shipped kits from many of the major manufacturers and our own line of kits.  After 3 years of almost non stop work we reached the point of burnout.  We closed the hobby shop and mail order business, and took a vacation.  Since then we have made small production runs of kits.  After a two year re-design and perfection of the new V-2 kit; we are ready to offer the best Mountainside Hobbies V-2 yet.
